Our Quality Standards

The standards we follow on every site.

Machine-mixed concrete

Concrete and mortar are mixed in a mixer machine only, never by hand.

Vibrator on all RCC

A concrete vibrator is used on all structural concrete for strength.

Compacted backfilling

All filling is compacted by machine, not left loose.

Tested plumbing

Water lines are pressure- and leak-tested and shown to you before approval.

Proper curing

RCC, plaster and brickwork are cured properly for lasting results.

Built to approved drawings

Work follows your approved drawings, engineer instructions and society rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

In labour-only, you buy all material and we provide labour, tools and supervision. With materials, we supply the material too, and you approve brands and samples first.

Everything from site marking and foundation to RCC, brickwork, plaster and water tanks. Finishing such as tiles, paint and fixtures is separate. See the full list above.

We tell you the price first and start only after your written approval (WhatsApp or email is fine).

Yes. We install CCTV on site and give you access during construction, where internet is available.

It depends on the plot size, the design and the contract type. We agree a written schedule with you before work starts.

In stages as work is completed and checked, by cheque or bank transfer.
